Author Chris Crutcher is Coming!

Barrington High School Library and Barrington Public Library are excited to welcome award winning teen author Chris Crutcher on Thursday, December 3rd! Chris will be speaking to select high school classes during the day on Thursday and to the community at the Public Library at 7:00 PM. Intererested in Chris Crutcher? How can I find out more?

You can buy a book at the BHS Library at LIBRARY COST! Chris will sign books and the library will return them to your English class later (ask us how this works! Come to the circuation desk).

You can "Read it Forward"....did you receive a book in the mail? The library received a grant from the Helping Hands allowing us to mail books to random students, and these students then read the book, sign their name, and pass the book to another person, who reads it, signs it, etc... Click here to see the BHS TV Studio promotion for "Read it Forward"

Finally, you can check out a book at the library. We currently have multiple copies of Crutcher books available for checkout!
